The RTPS Centre at Bihar Bhawan was inaugurated by Hon’ble Chief Minister, Bihar on August 15, 2012 as a centre for collection of the Caste, Residential and Income Certificates. The centre acts as convenient collection centre for the Bihari population residing in and around Delhi. An online application form has to be filled and the option for collection at Bihar Bhawan has to be selected. When the certificate is ready, the applicant receives a SMS after which he/she can collect it on any working day from RTPS Bihar Bhawan.
